Mbam Uche Henry popularly known as Mc makopolo is a spectacular Nigerian comedian, show host, content creator ,digital media guru , actor, writer, and an all round entertainer . He is well know for his pranks video which has given him the title “King of pranks” because of his versatility and creativity. Started as a prenter at @pulsenigeria247 and now the CEO of #pranksnigeria @pranks.ng .
Mc Makopolo is an indigene of Ebonyi State who bagged his university degree from one of Nigeria’s prestigious university, University of Agricultural Makurdi where he studied Agricultural and Environmental Engineering.
Work wise, Mc makopolo started out early as news correspondent in harvest FM makurdi and then became a radio presenter at radio benue in 2009. He also worked as a presenter for pulse tv from 2013- 2018 when he resigned as a senior producer and head of content. He later went on to set up his own production team in August 2018.
His stand up comedy career started in April 2007 when he featured as a guest host at the then “Gospel laughter night” in 2007. He has featured in so many shows and has anchored over 300 classic and reputable weddings of important personalities across Nigeria.
He is currently a making rounds with his viral contents, the likes of #pranksnigeria #lifein60sec #mallamhabu
His hunger to put smile into the faces of Nigerians, won him the following awards; Comedian of the year at the Crock city People Awards and the Benue Profile Awards. He has also won Best Youth Comedian at the Standup Comedians Award, and also best comedian in abuja 2011 to 2013 respectively and most recently ” best social media personality of the year 2018.
